OK, the first comment is from ME! The colors are much more brilliant in person, and even on my computer before I uploaded it. Sorry I can't 're-do' it!
Paintings on this site may still be available for sale. If interested contact me at kcareymac@hotmail.com
What's Up In My Studio? by Kelley Carey MacDonald
This is a secondary blog to my Daily Painting Blog, where I'll put up paintings that I'm working on, or paintings that are hanging in various shows, or just interesting things that I've seen or done. I welcome comments anytime, on the page or via email (kcareymac@hotmail.com).I love to paint and am grateful every day that I get to explore this wonderful life in this way. My family is tremendously supportive, and I have a fantastic circle of friends who paint, and other wonderful friends who support me and allow me to visit even though I probably have streaks of magenta in my hair or cadmium yellow smeared across my face. This is my personal journey, and this, I think, is where I find peace for my soul. Thanks for looking in... Kelley

It's beautiful.
Colors in artwork are really not accurate on the computer.
Paintings are always better viewed directly from the source.
You are so wise, Mar...
sometimes! :D
The Orange Cat puts you in mind of every sleeping cat, that you've seen stretched out in the Sun.
It is so so real.
Sincerely,
